These terms cover this website and the text messaging program run by In Home Care & Assistance, LLC, doing business as Right at Home Myrtle Beach. Your care services or employment are governed by your separate service agreement or employment paperwork, not by these terms.

This site gives general information about our office. It is not medical advice. We may update it, and these terms, at any time; the effective date above shows the latest version.
Text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Right at Home Myrtle Beach.
- Message type: conversational messages
- Message frequency: Message frequency may vary.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance.

- Program: person-to-person conversations with Right at Home Myrtle Beach office staff on our office line, (843) 651-4848. Every text we send is written and sent by a person at our office; we do not send automated or marketing texts.
- Records: messages you send us and our replies are kept in our office's scheduling and records system, which may use software, including automated tools, to read and organize them for our office's use in serving you.
- What we send: conversational messages. These are two-way, person-to-person conversations with our office staff. No marketing.
- Consent is optional: agreeing to texts is never a condition of receiving care or of employment. How to opt in is described on our Text messaging page.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP, or tell us, and our office will stop texting you; we will reach you by phone or email instead. Reply START to resume.
- Help: reply HELP, or call (843) 651-4848.
- Your number: we do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy policy.
- Delivery: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please don't text us about emergencies; call 911.
