This policy explains how In Home Care & Assistance, LLC, doing business as Right at Home Myrtle Beach ("we", "us"), handles information from clients, family members, caregivers and visitors to this website.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as name, address, phone numbers and email.
• Information needed to arrange and provide care or employment, such as schedules and care preferences.
• Your mobile number, whether you agreed to receive texts from our office and when, and your messaging history with us (records of our calls, texts and emails with you).
• This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and does not collect information unless you type it into a form.

How we use it

We use your information to provide and schedule care, to manage our caregivers' work, to contact you about your care or work, to bill and be paid, and to meet legal and regulatory requirements. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run our services: with the caregivers assigned to you, with payers you authorize (such as an insurer or agency program), with service providers that work for us under confidentiality obligations (for example, our scheduling, phone and texting providers), and when the law requires it. Mobile numbers and text consent are handled under the stricter rule below.

SMS Privacy Disclosures

When you register for our SMS messaging campaign, we may collect the information you provide in connection with your enrollment and participation in the program. This information is used to provide, support, and manage the messaging services you requested, including sending text messages, maintaining your registration, and administering the campaign.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Texts with our office are person-to-person conversations with our staff; we do not send automated or marketing texts. We use your mobile number only to text you about the topics you agreed to on our Text messaging page.

Messages you send us and our replies are kept in our office's scheduling and records system, which may use software, including automated tools, to read and organize them so we can keep your visits, schedule and records accurate and respond to you. This is for our office's use in serving you; we do not sell or share your number or messages for marketing.

Reply STOP, or tell us, and our office will stop texting you; we will reach you by phone or email instead. Reply HELP for help.
